CTAA PASS Basic Online Course
Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity
As a part of your onboarding process with Doctor Bird Transportation, you are required to complete the CTAA PASS Basic Online course before you can perform any trips. Please follow the instructions below then click on either, English or Spanish link to access course and complete before you may move on to the next step in the onboarding process.
First Time user: CTAA PASS Basic Online link to register and pay Click “Add to Cart”. Enter Supervisor’s email address (GARYN@ SPECIAL-AIDE.COM) on the Cart Page ONLY and Enter (1) in the Quantity box. You cannot have one email address for more than one registration.
Each driver must have his/her own valid email address (No fictitious address). Enter “DRIVER” email address and the “DRIVER” name (same as driver’s license) and billing address. (DO NOT enter supervisor or owners name under Driver’s name section). Upon completion of program, certificates are emailed directly to the driver and supervisor, not printable on website.

DRIVER must always log-off if need to EXIT THE COURSE:
Go to the top right-hand corner to “DRIVER” Name: Click Log-off button
